Impurity is for men only;

Love is for God only;

Human beings have nothing to do with it.

Ingratitude is for human beings only;

God has nothing to do with it. ```

502. Destination guaranteed

```

Human thought has degenerated,

Human hope has degenerated,

Human love has degenerated,

Human soul has degenerated,

Human goal has degenerated.

But God’s Thought for man is still the same,

God’s Hope for man is still the same,

God’s Love for man is still the same,

God’s Soul for man is still the same,

God’s Goal for man is still the same.

Therefore,

Man’s higher destination

Is guaranteed. ```

503. Who has all the answers?

Have you all the answers?

No!

Has he all the answers?

No!

Have I all the answers?

No!

Who has all the answers?

Faith, man’s faith,

His faith in himself,

His faith in God. ```

504. Gratitude

```

A desiring man

Never gets tired of offering his gratitude

To his own efforts.

An aspiring man

Never gets tired of offering his gratitude

To his own faith.

A surrendered seeker

Never gets tired of offering his gratitude

To his Lord divine.

The Lord Supreme

Never gets tired of offering His Gratitude

To His Infinite Compassion.

505. Success

```

Desire waits for the future

To make it successful.

Aspiration actually makes the future

Successful.

Realisation itself is the glorious success.

Realisation is

The seed of the past,

The flower of the present,

The fruit of the future.

506. Evils

```

O fear, O doubt,

You two are unnecessary evils.

O money, O power,

You two are necessary evils.

O impurity, O insecurity,

You two are Satan’s necessities. ```

507. My progress

```

There was a time

When I tried hard to avoid desires.

Now desires avoid me, my aspiration.

There was a time

When I tried hard to avoid doubts.

Now doubts avoid me, my faith.

There was a time

When I tried hard to avoid fear.

Now fear avoids me, my courage.

There was a time

When I tried hard to avoid temptation.

Now temptation avoids me, my liberation.

508. He is brave

```

He who hears is brave.

He who sees is brave.

He who feels is brave.

He who thinks is brave.

He who desires is brave.

He who aspires is brave.

He who surrenders is brave.

But he who braves is God. ```

509. I leave and I take

```

I leave my fears inside my room,

I take my courage when I go out.

I leave my pride inside my room,

I take my humility when I go out.

I leave my despair inside my room,

I take my hope when I go out.

I leave my darkness inside my room,

I take my illumination when I go out. ```

510. They hate him

```

Fear hates him

Because

He speaks ill of fear

To his friend, courage.

Doubt hates him

Because

He speaks ill of doubt

To his friend, faith.

Impurity hates him

Because

He speaks ill of impurity

To his friend, purity.

Bondage hates him

Because

He speaks ill of bondage

To his friend, liberation. ```

511. Today and tomorrow

```

Today courage endures;

Tomorrow courage shall prevail.

Today love endures;

Tomorrow love shall prevail.

Today truth endures;

Tomorrow truth shall prevail.

Likewise,

O Lord, today in me You endure;

Tomorrow, I assure You, in me You shall prevail.

512. Wisdom

```

Faith is the wisdom

That has said its prayers.

Surrender is the wisdom

That has fulfilled its life.

Love is the wisdom

That has done its duty.

God is the Wisdom

Who has opened His Heart. ```

513. I see, I have and I am

Doubt I see,

Faith I have,

Courage I am.

Ignorance I see,

Wisdom I have,

Bliss I am.

Separation I see,

Union I have,

God I am.

He is a sufferer.

Therefore

He lives five minutes longer.

He is a hero.

He lives ten minutes longer.

He is a sacrificer.

Therefore

He lives fifteen minutes longer.

519. Everyone asks me for a favour

Doubt asks me

To cherish him

And boast of him.

Fear asks me

To nourish her

And boast of her.

Courage asks me

To feed him

And look after him.

Faith asks me

To strengthen her

And immortalise her.

520. My needs

```

I need a sleepless body

To see God.

I need a tireless vital

To play with God.

I need a fearless mind

To travel with God.

I need a selfless heart

To converse with God.

I need a deathless life

To dance with God. ```

521. Since everything is in the hands of God

```

I have insulted the world;

I deserve a severe punishment.

But I must not

Be frightened to death,

Since

Everything is in the Hands of God.

I have criticised God;

I deserve a severe punishment.

But I must not

Be frightened to death,

Since

Everything is in the Hands of God.

I have doubted myself;

I deserve ceaseless punishment.

And the law of Karma

Shall dog me and dog me and dog me. ```

Man above all:

This is the height

Of my animal realisation.

Love above all:

Of my human realisation.

Oneness above all:

This is the height

Of my divine realisation.

God-manifestation above all:

This is the height

Of my absolute Perfection.

Before God-realisation

My renunciation

Was my supreme sacrifice.

After God-realisation

My unconditional oneness

With the ignorance-world

Is my supreme sacrifice. ```

524. How can I attain God?

Not by rituals

Can I attain God.

Not by austerity

Can I attain God.

Not by self-denial

Can I attain God.

I can attain God

With a love-heart,

With soul-bliss.

525. My immortality

My beauty

Is immortal in Heaven.

My duty

Is immortal on earth.

My aspiration

Is immortal in life.

My surrender

Is immortal in God. ```

The animal

In me needs

Freedom from aggression.

The human

In me needs

Freedom from fear.

The divine

In me needs

Freedom from ignorance.

The Supreme

In me needs

527. God-Discovery and Man-Perfection

His philosophy,

Explained and expanded,

Becomes God-Discovery.

God-Discovery,

Condensed and made practical,

Becomes Man-Perfection.

528. Not going to last

Lord, my life

Always bristles with problems

Of varying magnitude.

Son, this realisation of yours

Is not going to last.

Lord, when will You prove

The authenticity

Of Your prophecy?

Son, just smile

And see

If I am right.

529. What is it?

An incarnation: what is it?

A manifestation of God.

An animal incarnation: what is it?

A general manifestation of God.

A human incarnation: what is it?

A special manifestation of God.

A divine incarnation: what is it?

The supreme manifestation of God. ```

530. Love

```

Human love

Originates in the whispers

Of uncertainty.

Divine love

Originates in the whiteness

Of purity.

God’s Love

Originates in the oneness

Of beauty.

531. His birthright

```

He has only one friend:

Love.

Three times a day

His friend helps him.

In the morning,

Love energises him.

In the afternoon,

Love enfolds the best in him.

In the evening,

Love tells him

That God-Discovery is his birthright.

532. No peace here or hereafter

```

A weakling

Has no peace,

Here or hereafter.

An unthinking man

Has no peace,

Here or hereafter.

An unloving heart

Has no peace,

Here or hereafter.

An unfulfilled life

Has no peace,

Here or hereafter.

533. He will wake up

```

He talks.

He is a man of empty talk.

He lives.

He lives a purposeless life.

He yields.

He constantly yields to cowardice.

He is.

He is hopelessly faint-hearted.

Yet one day

He will wake up.

He will wake up

And listen to the clarion call

Of his Inner Pilot.

534. The ripe fruit

When I think of God,

I become His bud.

When I pray to God,

I become His tender flower.

When I concentrate on God,

I become His unripe fruit.

When I meditate on God,

I become His ripe fruit. ```

535. The master-key

Life has two significant aspects:

A changeful aspect

And

A changeless aspect.

God is undoubtedly the master-key

To both the aspects.

Life has two stories:

The story of destruction

And

The story of perfection.

God is undoubtedly the master-key

536. I need

```

I need.

I need my Mother’s Love.

I need.

I need my Father’s Wisdom.

I need.

I need my Master’s Light.

I need.

I need my God’s Compassion.

What else do I need?

Nothing, absolutely nothing! ```

537. A world of difference

There is a world of difference

Between

Fear and doubt.

Fear is something that I treasure;

Doubt is something that treasures me.

There is a world of difference

Between

Stupidity and absurdity.

Stupidity tells me that everybody has surpassed me;

Absurdity tells me that I have surpassed everybody.

538. We allow our minds

You allow your mind

To wander on unwanted things.

He allows his mind

To wander on wanted pleasures.

I allow my mind

To wander on futile thoughts.

Together we shall sing

The song of temptation.

Together we shall dance

The dance of frustration.

Together we shall die

The death of destruction. ```

First think of God

And then dine with man.

Do not proceed

In the reverse order.

First think of Compassion

And then meditate on Justice.

First think of your own perfection

And then cherish the idea of God-manifestation.

540. Progress

```

In the morning of our life,

Our true progress

Is measured

By the yardstick

Of our sense-control.

In the afternoon of our life,

Our true progress

Of our compassion-realisation.

In the evening of our life,

Our true progress

Of our oneness-manifestation.

541. Life

```

In the animal life

Competition is indispensable.

Here the struggle for existence, itself,

Is a constant battle.

In the human life

Co-operation is indispensable.

Here collective peace and security

Give birth to progress and prosperity.

In the life divine

Self-dedication is indispensable.

Here universal oneness and love-revelation

Are God-manifestation. ```

542. Together stay, together play

```

The murmuring of the life-river dies

When it reaches the peace-ocean.

The functioning of the unlit mind ceases

When the soul embraces the mind.

The dancing of the heart begins

When meditation and dedication

Together stay,

Together play. ```

543. When the mind

```

When the mind

Thinks of silence,

It begins to solve its problems.

When the mind

Speaks to silence,

Half of its problems are solved.

When the mind

Sleeps in the lap of silence,

All its problems are solved.

544. When he speaks

```

When he speaks to doubt,

He becomes a stream of faith.

When he speaks to fear,

He becomes a stream of courage.

When he speaks to insecurity,

He becomes a stream of confidence.

When he speaks to impurity,

He becomes a stream of purity.

When he speaks to his lower self,

He becomes a stream of concern.

When he speaks to his higher Self,

He becomes a stream of admiration. ```

545. I shall fight

```

Until my life burns down

I shall fight.

I shall fight against

My brooding ignorance.

Until my life burns down

I shall fight against

The world’s roaring indifference.

Until my life burns down

I shall fight.

I shall fight against

Heaven’s burning impatience. ```

546. Speaking to my different selves

```

To speak to my highest Self,

I need neither vision nor voice.

To speak to my higher self,

I need only vision.

To speak to my lower self,

I need both vision and voice.

To speak to my lowest self,

I need a sleepless vision,

I need a tireless voice,

I need a dauntless heart. ```

547. When he sleeps

```

When he sleeps beside faith

He enjoys a restful sleep.

When he sleeps beside doubt

He suffers a restless sleep.

When he sleeps beside fear

He dies in his endless sleep. ```

548. Pavilion of the Eternal Beyond

```

His heart-life

Is a pavilion of earth.

His soul-life

Is a pavilion of Heaven.

His God-Life

Is a pavilion of the Eternal Beyond.

Earth sees

Through his heart.

Heaven feels

Through his soul.

The Eternal Beyond glows

Through his God-Life. ```

549. Stay not in the paradise

O my body,

Stay not in the paradise

Of helplessness.

O my vital,

Of wilderness.

O my mind,

O my heart,

Why do I speak to God?
