When my Lord Supreme

Is a truly willing guest,

He brings with Him His matchless treasure:

Compassion to me, His host.

When I am a truly willing guest,

I carry with me my long-forgotten treasure,

In fact, my only treasure:

Gratitude to God, my Host. ```
