15. Renunciation

Earth, I have renounced Heaven

Only to love you.

Heaven, I have renounced earth

Only to satisfy you.

I have renounced myself

Only to serve God.

Alas,

It seems I have not pleased

Any of them.

Alas,

Is it my poor fate

Or

Is it God's wise Choice?
