He advised me:

Break your body of yesterday,

Break your heart of today,

Break your soul of tomorrow.

I travelled with a wise man.

He advised me:

Feed your body of purity,

Feed your heart of love,

Feed your soul of duty.

I travelled with God.

He advised me:

Walk with your body-brother,

Run with your heart-sister,

Fly with your soul-friend.
