My Lord Supreme,
I know that You have
Countless secrets.
Please share with me
Only one particular secret.
What do You go through
To please
Each and every human being?

I must remain
Inside my heart-fountain
So that I do not see
My mind’s high barriers.

God wants to tell you
His Life-Stories
Even if you do not want
To listen to Him.

Two things God never does:
He does not stop
Speaking to me
And He does not stop
Waiting for me.

My self-giving heart
Is the place
Where God’s new Hopes
Will take birth.

You can be proud of yourself
When your mind runs
Only towards God,
And not before.

The beauty
Of sincere aspiration
And the purity
Of sincere dedication
Can and will
Definitely take the seeker
To his Source immortal.

God tells me
That every time I move forward
I give Him
A prayerful and beautiful gift.

Do not be afraid
Of going too far
With your dedication-life.
At one point
God’s smiling Eyes
Will greet you.

Do not be afraid
Of going too deep
In your aspiration-life.
At one point
God’s loving Heart
Will bless you.

Do not try to understand God.
You will make Him cry.
Try to feel God.
You will make Him not only smile,
But also dance.

When I pray,
I cry for God’s Compassion-Sky.
When I meditate,
I long for God’s Satisfaction-Sun.

Alas, quite often
We desire so many things
That we do not actually need
At all.

Before I make
Any complaints to God,
God closes not only
His Ears and Eyes
But even His Heart.

With my heart’s tearful songs
I try to please God,
But God wants me to please Him
With my life’s cheerful stories.

The heart-doorman
Always has the capacity
To detect
The clever mind-thief.

In the morning
I devotedly cling
To God’s Compassion.
In the evening
I self-givingly long
For God’s Satisfaction.

If we do not practise
Patience-game,
We will not be allowed to participate
In God’s Satisfaction-Game.

If you enjoy idle thoughts,
You will be forced to surrender
To ignorance-immobility.

God wants me
To choose my thoughts
Wisely.
God wants me
To choose my friends
Self-givingly.

When I am gracious
In my thoughts,
I become precious
In God’s Eye.

A purity-heart
And a sincerity-promise
Have no parallel.

We must transcend
Our mind-boundaries
If we want to be
The choice of Heaven
And the voice of earth.

You can cry
If you want to,
But God prefers smiling
If you want to be receptive
To His Blessings.

Man’s ingratitude
And God’s Forgiveness,
Man’s desire
And God’s Compassion,
Are to be found everywhere.

He who can face
The tragedies of life
Can challenge
The frowns of death.

What my mind needs
Is illumination.
What my heart needs
Is satisfaction.
What I need
Is perfection.

Again and again
My tricky mind
Tries to charm God.
Needless to say,
Again and again
It fails.

When I am
A sincere lover of God,
God becomes
My sure employer.

Simplicity, sincerity,
Purity and humility
Are the members
Of the heart-garden-family.

Do not allow anybody
To touch your heart’s
Enthusiasm-rose-petals.

O seeker of the Lord Supreme,
Not only fast and faster
But fastest
Will be your progress
If you catch
Your pride-thief.

Alas,
How can I make any progress
In my spiritual life
If I do not stop for good
Playing with
Earthly attachment-toys?

If you enjoy your self-flattery
Inside your mind-kingdom,
Then you will be forced to participate
In the backward race.

God does not want us
To sound the success-trumpet,
But to play
The progress-flute.

Self-confidence
Is of paramount importance.
Otherwise, sooner or later
We will all be strangled
By the ever-increasing fear
Of the mind.

My Lord Supreme,
I am so grateful to You,
For now I see and feel
My inner doubt-suspicion-storms
Subsiding.

I take patience
As a golden opportunity
To illumine my unlit mind
And strengthen my weak heart.

The tears of the heart
Are uncontrollable
When the life suffers from
Surrender-shortage.

Be not in between
Your heart’s soulful smile
And your mind’s hurtful laughter
In your aspiration-dedication-world.

Compassion is a gift
From God the Knowable.
Forgiveness is a gift
From God the Unknowable.

May my life-boat sleeplessly ply
Between
My mind’s inspiration-shore
And my heart’s aspiration-shore.

God does not blame you
If you are impure,
But God does blame you
If you do not want to offer
Your impurity to Him.

The outer experiment-school
Is for everybody.
The inner experience-school
Is for the few.

We may not all be candidates
For God’s Compassion,
But we are all candidates
For God’s Forgiveness.

Do not worry about
Your belated gratitude to God,
For whenever you offer
Your gratitude to God,
God will be more than pleased
With you.

Nobody can clip
Your hope-bird’s wings
If you do not want them to.

Alas, my mind does not want to know
That I can think
Beyond what it thinks.
Alas, my heart does not want to know
That I can feel
Beyond what it feels.

You expect so much
From God.
How is it that you do not
Allow God
To expect a little more
From you?

The sincere heart knows
How to appreciate.
The clever mind knows
How to appropriate.

Alas, alas, I did not know
That my desire-dust
Would blind the Eyes
Of my Lord Beloved Supreme.

If it is true
That I have disappointed
My Lord Beloved Supreme,
Then it is equally true
That I am starting my life
All over again today.

My bondage-heart
And my freedom-mind
Have equally made me
Unhappy.

As my life
Is growing shorter every day,
Even so, my faith in God
Is growing brighter every day.

This morning
My Lord Beloved Supreme told me
That He would like to give me
Two new names:
Readiness-humility
And
Willingness-purity.

Only when I live inside my heart
Do I see
That my life’s confidence-road
Has no obstruction.

May I every day grow into
The unparalleled beauty
Of my heart’s streaming tears.

My Lord Supreme,
You have taught me many things.
Please teach me only one more thing:
Gratitude-multiplication.

The human in us
Has to become divine
If it wants to greet the soul
For God-manifestation.

I am lost between
My heart’s confidence-light
And my mind’s arrogance-night.

The outer success-road
Is short
And full of apprehension.
The inner progress-road
Is long
And full of illumination.

With each good thought
That we offer to mankind,
We perform a new miracle.

Is sweet,
Extremely sweet,
Breathlessly sweet to God.

Cheerfulness, readiness and willingness
If we have,
Then we need nothing more
To please the Lord Supreme
In His own Way.

O my Lord Supreme,
When will I realise
That I am not only in You
And with You,
But also always for You,
Only You?

In the spiritual life,
Anything divine
Cannot be overdone.

If gratitude cannot satisfy
Your God-joy-thirst,
Nothing and nobody can do it.

My Lord,
Do blessingfully govern my life
As You do with the heart
Of the Heaven-life.

Doubt we measure
Before we conquer.
Faith we measure
Before we offer to God.

God tells me
That my earth-responsibility-shoulders
Can always carry more,
Infinitely more.

Love divine
Definitely has the capacity
To conquer and illumine
Imperfection-life.

The divine love
Can never withdraw
From any human being
Who aspires.

By faith you can not only
Seek your way
But definitely arrive
At your destination.

The dust of self-doubt
Can easily blind
The heart of faith.

I never economise
On my concern-life
For aspiring humanity.

When self-offering
Is sleepless,
Nothing fruitful
Can remain unattained.

Each aspiration-blossom
Of man
Will be immortalised
By God
With His Pride divine.

What we need
At every moment
Is an iota of humility-peace
To make us happy.

It takes great courage
To become sincere.
It takes greater courage
And greatest courage
To become holy.

God loves two things:
Our eagerness-preparation
And our soulfulness-dedication.

In the morning, inner runners
Running along the Road of Eternity
Offer their prayerful and soulful salutation
To the rising Illumination-Sun.

My Lord Supreme,
Do help me reclaim
My heart’s long-forgotten
Aspiration-ground.

Alas,
Will it ever be over,
The doubting mind’s
Suspicion-night?

O my mind,
Believe me,
God is not going to jump
Into your empty excuse-pool
To save you.

If you walk
On the aspiration-road,
Dedication-travellers
Will accompany you.

If you are a true seeker,
You must bravely remain
Above the smoke
Of past experiences.

My unconditional surrender
Is nothing other than
My heart’s confidence-freedom
In God.

I am a God-believer.
At God’s choice Hour,
The answers to all my life-problems
Will descend from Above.

God gives me
The Joy of His Eye.
When I meditate,
God gives me
The Love of His Heart.

If we do not pray,
Then desire will lead us
To an unattainable shoreless shore.

Prayers
Are the beautiful wings
And meditations
Are the soulful birds
Of my heart.

The journey’s end of my heart
I may know someday.
The destination of my soul
Will remain forever unknowable
To me.

The message of heart-expansion
Can never be false.
The heart has received this message
From the ever-transcending Beyond.

God’s Compassion-Sunshine
Will always bless
Our aspiration-heart-garden.

There shall come a time
When the doubting mind
Will fall
At the illumining feet
Of faith.

Do you want to know
What lethargy has done to you?
Lethargy has made your mind
Unthinkably impure,
And your heart
Unbearably insecure.

God does not need
Your mind’s explanation.
He needs only
Your heart’s aspiration
To make Him happy.

My Lord,
To better
My heart-life,
Do shatter
My mind-pride.

Anger
Loudly demands justice.
But it is poise
That happily receives justice
From the Lord Supreme.

God tells me
That if I do not study
At humility-school,
Then I will not be able
To go to Divinity-College
And Immortality-University.

My Lord Supreme,
Today You have not given me something
For my own good.
But I know You will give it to me
When I am ready,
For You are all Wisdom-Compassion.
