Tiger-mind!

Every time I soulfully pray,I see the blossoming Light
Of God's sacred Smile.

I am so grateful to my soul,For it is helping me
So compassionately
To journey towards
Infinity's Peace.

O seeker,What else is sheer stupidity
If not the greater love you have
For your mind
Than for your heart?

Each time I nourish a good thought,I give a surprising victory
To my aspiration-heart.

Hesitation and indecisionRuthlessly plague
Even sincere minds
And pure hearts.
8.
Once we enter into the spiritual life,Our possibility-fulfilment-life
Becomes infinitely easier.
9.
My God-aspiration-hopeCan once more be rekindled
Only by God's Compassion-Eye-Smile.

I shall not allow my lifeAnymore to remain
An undisciplined blunder.
11.
I find no truthIn the curiosity
Of my mind's God-search.
12.
O my mind, suspect nothingIf happiness is what you want.
O my heart, fear nothing
If happiness is what you want.

Idleness wants to beA world-possessor
Without being
A self-mover.
14.
Finally I haveThe indomitable courage
To jump off my mind's
Jealousy-train.
15.
If we ignore God the Pilot,How will we be able to enjoy
His Boat Ride?
16.
My heart fliesHigher than the highest
When I lose considerably
My mind's desire-pounds.
17.
A disciplined lifeIs the best freedom-enjoyer
In the inner world.

O my mind,Why do you allow yourself
To suffer from
Desire-bound thought-disease?
19.
How can we everMake God happy
If we do not feed
Our own God-hunger?
20.
If you belittleOthers' gratitude-tears,
God-Satisfaction-Smiles
Will avoid you.
21.
Be not satisfiedOnly with your outer self.
Explore your teeming inner selves.
Only then can you ever
Be truly fulfilled.

My Lord,I need Your very special Blessings
To cancel once and for all
All my world-complaints.

God wantsMy life-surrender-sea
And not my surrender-drop
To satisfy Himself.

When you most powerfullySay a final farewell
To your mind's bondage-life,
Your soul will treasure you
And utilise you
In God's own Way.

Every day I washMy Lord's Compassion-Feet
With my heart's devotion-tears.

Is there anybody who does not thinkThat his problems are the worst
And that he is hopelessly drowning
In the sea of helplessness?

You cannot irritate God,Even with your shameless impatience
And empty receptivity.
You just delay God's Arrival!

At every momentGod's Love grows and glows
Inside silence-hearts.

If you do not forgive and forgetThe world's dreadful injustice,
You will not be able
To make the progress
That you want.

No more do I carryMy power-hungry past.
I live only in
My oneness-hungry present.

On the strength ofMy unconditional surrender,
I feel that to please God
Every step of the way
Is not a difficult task.

Ignorance is obscure.Ignorance is impure.
Ignorance is death-preparation.

If you live in the soul,With the soul
And for the soul,
You have impeccable God-credentials.

A determination-mindAnd an aspiration-heart
Are treasured by God's divine Pride.

Today you areA disobedience-king.
Tomorrow you will be forced to be
The possessor of a flood of tears.

When I see God,I always make the same request:
That He visit me
As often as possible.

From the outer worldYou may at times escape.
But from the inner world
You can never escape,
Never!

My Lord Supreme comesWhen He is prayerfully needed
And not when He is
Whimsically called.

Ignorance can neitherKnow nor understand
Why it eventually becomes
A total failure.

May my love become a strong point,My devotion a stronger point
And my surrender the strongest point
In my aspiration-life.

God looks into every cornerOf my heart-room
To see if there are
Aspiration-flames available.

Be proud of your patience.Your patience will ultimately arrive
At the Goal
And make God exceedingly happy.

My heart knowsOnly one way:
The way of unconditional surrender.

A desire-mindIs
An obscurity-insincerity-slave.

O my mind, "No!"A thousand times, "No!"
To your desire-hunger-fulfilment.

Self-worshippers eventuallyCry and cry.
God-worshippers unmistakably
Fly and fly.

Strength and toleranceMust be eternal partners
To be victorious in life.

When we do something goodAnd when we love
The world of self-giving,
God is infinitely more pleased
Than we can ever imagine.

If you can dare to laugh atYour hopeless helplessness,
God will bless you
With His most powerful
And most proud Smile.

With every childGod creates a new hope
And a new promise
For Himself.
