To pray to have a spiritual Master before entering into the spiritual life is to do the first thing first.
To pray for God-realisation before entering into the spiritual life is to try to do the last thing first.
And what does it mean?
It means that you are one with ignorance-sea, you are in ignorance-boat and you are for ignorance-goal.
