When God the creationAsks God’s Compassion-Eye
To come down and feed
The hungry heart
Of the seeker,
The Compassion-Eye of God
Immediately comes down
And does the needful
Unreservedly.
But when God the Creator
Asks the gratitude-heart of the seeker
To come up and stay inside
His own Satisfaction-Heart,
The gratitude-heart of the seeker
Is always late, shockingly late.
