On Tuesday, 13 April, the twelfth anniversary of Sri Chinmoy’s arrival in New York, Sri Chinmoy and his disciples gave a free concert of spiritual music at Carnegie Hall. All the music performed in the concert was composed by Sri Chinmoy, except for a medley of tunes from Indian ragas, which Sri Chinmoy played on his esraj.
