Question: Why does it always seem so difficult to do what we know is right?
Sri Chinmoy: It is difficult to do what you know is right because one part of your existence wants to enjoy temptation-world and another part of your existence wants to enjoy illumination-world. You are like a magnet: one side is drawn toward temptation, and the other is drawn toward illumination. It is up to you to turn the magnet. If you turn toward temptation, it will draw you to it. If you turn toward illumination, it will also draw you to it.
