145. MY LORD HEARD MY PRAYER

There was a time
When I lived in the cave
  Of animal-consciousness-night.
My Lord heard my prayer-cry;
        Therefore
I now live in the palace
  Of human-consciousness-light.
I am sure
My Lord shall continue to hear my prayer-cry;
        Therefore
I shall one day live in the kingdom
  Of divine-consciousness-sun.
