My Lord Supreme,
Out of Your boundless Bounty,
Yesterday You gave me a heart of duty
And today You have given me a heart of purity.
What will You give me tomorrow?
“My child, in the inner world
I shall give you a heart of gratitude.
In the outer world
I shall give you a life of plenitude.”
