God and IEntered into a great competition.
He pitted His Love
Against my teeming doubts.
Alas, He won.
I pitted my ingratitude
Against His flowing Compassion.
Alas, this time too, He won.
God, since twice I have lost to You,
I shall muster no more
Courage-light
