Amar amire harabar lagi
Tomar charane rahiyachhi jagi
Ati sugopan asha habe mor purna
Jedin haibe ahamika shir churna

Translation

My Lord, I have been at Your Feet,
Fully awake, to conquer my little ‘i’.
This is my most secret hope.
And to fulfil this most secret hope
I know my proud head has to be smashed
By me and nobody else.
