When my mind
Laughs at me
Powerfully.

Cries with me
Helplessly.

The way of the heart,
I shall have peace
In abundance.

God-the-creation-bowing head.

In my aspiration-heart

The Absolute Lord Supreme.

Makes my Lord glad,
Infinitely more than
I can ever imagine.

Only my peace-heart-tree
Can console my Lord
When He is sad.

Only my peace-heart-flowers
And fruits
Can pacify my Lord
When He is mad.

My restless mind,
My heedless heart
And my prayerless life
Are undesirable strangers
Who are forbidden to enter
Into my soul's peace-palace.

How can I have
Even a peace-drop
When I am all the time
At war with myself?

May my mind's
Peace-fortress
Always remain invulnerable.

Peace-temple
Always remain unassailable.

Do not hurry with anybody.
It does not help.
Do not worry with anybody.

But feel sorry for anybody in trouble,
And pray to God to bless them
With peace-abundance.

And my heart

If I can make my mind a gratitude-song
And my life a surrender-dance.

Love-devotion-gratitude-blossoms
Will enable me to be a true student
At the universal peace-school.

Are sleeplessly and breathlessly
Interdependent.

Peace-abundance,
Slowly and gradually
Our divine qualities
Will fade away into nothingness.
