Question: I think it's wonderful if women go into men's fields; but if they do, don't men and women take on each other's weaknesses?

Sri Chinmoy: Yes, it is quite true. We have seen this in our own Centres. We used to see that the men were aggressive and the women were insecure. But now that there is competition as to who will get what jobs, tremendous aggression has entered into some of the women disciples. They challenge the men and the men now show their insecurity. The women are taking men’s weaknesses and the men are taking women’s weaknesses.
