41. The due price

Lord, when people misunderstand me,
What shall I do?
    “Forgive them.”
I do that.
But again and again they misunderstand me.
    “My son, do not allow
    All and sundry
    To have free access to you.
    Don’t make your spirituality cheap.
    All must pay the due price.”
