Alor prate shudhar sathe
Dur asimer ajanate

Translation

I sang with attachment dark
in tenebrous night.
I drank deep the boundless flow
of my heart-tears.
Again I discovered the Lord Supreme,
the Transcendental Self,
In the unknown Beyond, along with
Nectar-Delight
In the morning flooded with supernal light.
